We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients in the property and lifestyle sectors, enhancing brand awareness, audience engagement and business growth.
  • Manage and oversee content planning, creation and publishing across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
  • Oversee social-first video production and location shoots, ensuring high-quality, engaging content tailored for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Act as a key client liaison, building strong relationships and providing strategic recommendations and regular performance reports.
  • Provide mentorship and line management to our social media specialists and content creators to drive performance.
  • Lead on new business development alongside the Head of Social, identifying opportunities for growth, and pitching social media services to prospective clients.
  • Monitor social media trends, cultural moments and platform updates to ensure our clients remain relevant and ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure success, using data insights to inform strategy and optimise content performance.
  • Stay ahead of competitors by conducting regular benchmarking and industry research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and digital marketing, to ensure messaging consistency and storytelling excellence across client accounts.
  • Utilize CapCut Pro and other editing tools to create impactful, trend-driven video content.
  • Implement community management strategies to engage with followers, manage reputation, and foster brand advocacy.
Person specification
  • Proven experience in social media management, ideally within a PR or marketing agency, with a focus on property and lifestyle brands.
  • A deep passion for social media, constantly staying ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices across key platforms.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to translate client goals into compelling content and campaigns.
  • Expertise in social-first video production, with hands-on experience using CapCut Pro or similar editing software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing a team.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate strategies, results and recommendations effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics, generate insights, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in new business development and client growth, with a track record of successfully pitching and onboarding new clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with paid boosting strategies.
  • Agile, flexible, and highly creative in responding to client needs and industry trends.
