Job Description

To accelerate growth, they're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join their team.


About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client's business by identifying new opportunities, converting leads into long-term customers, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with various stakeholders, from operational teams to C-level executives, to present tailored solutions that add real value.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential customers within your target market or region, successfully converting both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Sales Growth: Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Strategic Selling: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across different levels, ensuring a compelling value proposition.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales funnel, working towards and exceeding quarterly and long-term sales targets.
  • CRM Expertise: Utilize HubSpot effectively to track, analyze, and optimize the sales process.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with teams across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure smooth customer onboarding and continued satisfaction.


Who You Are

  • Sales-Driven: You thrive on closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Experienced in Sales: Prior experience in B2B sales is required, preferably within SaaS.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Strong Communicator: You can confidently engage with clients and internal teams, adapting your approach as needed.
  • Autonomous & Flexible: You excel in a dynamic environment with a high degree of ownership.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
