Role Overview

As a Junior Campaign Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns by executing projects under a Senior Campaign Manager's oversight, including casting creators, managing timelines and budgets, monitoring performance, reviewing creative deliverables, and collaborating with the Paid Media team. This role also involves liaising with clients on approvals and project updates. Your ability to effectively coordinate projects, maintain client satisfaction, and meet KPIs will ensure the success of our campaigns.

Duration: 4 months
Location: Fully remote - candidate must be available to work standard GMT/CET hours.
Fluency in both English and Italian and/or Polish is essential for this role.

Responsibilities Creator Discovery Support:
  • Assist Campaign Managers (CMs) by contributing to the creator lists and supporting discovery tasks when needed.
Field Creator Communications:
  • Day-to-day communication with creators and creator managers, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the campaign flight.
Project Management:
  • Manage complex, high-value projects under the leadership of a Senior Campaign Manager, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify potential risks in campaign execution and develop contingency plans.
  • Address challenges with creator deliverables, budget constraints, or shifting client expectations proactively.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, coordinating with Creator Partnerships, Strategy, and Paid Media teams to ensure smooth execution.
Client Liaison and Approvals:
  • Act as the secondary contact for clients, leading calls, managing feedback, and nurturing relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide consistent updates on project progress, securing necessary client approvals to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
Creative Brief Execution:
  • Oversee campaign execution to ensure compliance with client guidelines and requirements.
  • Lead briefing calls with creators, delivering clear instructions and addressing questions to guarantee accurate project delivery.
  • Review creator assets to ensure the assets follow the creative brief guidelines and FTC compliance.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing metrics to provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Daily update the content tracker.
