The Company

My client are a well-established and highly respected B2B software company who are experiencing another sustained period of growth across the business. I am looking for a driven Junior IT Systems Administrator to join their internal team.

The Role

Reporting into the IT Director and working as part of a small but experienced IT team you will be responsible for support and management of Active Directory, hardware, Servers, laptops, exchange as well as the customer environment that hosts the clients software.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in the Tamworth head office.

Skills and Experience required

• Experience (ideally 2+ years) in a similar IT Support or Junior Systems Administrator role
• Experience in supporting core Microsoft Technology stack including Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server and Microsoft 365.
• Any knowledge of multi-layer networks, SAN management, Linux, Ubiquiti or PBX would be great but is not essential.
• Ability to work in a broad and fast paced role as part of a small team.
• Passionate about technology with an appetite to learn and upskill.
• Must be local to Tamworth and within a sensible distance of head office.
