About Us

Within the Client Service Center (CSC), the KYC OPS Legal Entities team plays a key role in financial security.

We are responsible for the onboarding of new clients (analyzing client acceptance based on KYC policies) and the recertification of existing client relationships when new risk factors are identified.

Your Role

As an Operations Officer - KYC, you will be responsible for:

Analyzing client files and validating their compliance with KYC policies

Updating and reassessing existing client records

Managing risks related to fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and quality

Communicating proactively with clients to collect necessary information

Your Profile

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience is a plus

Technical skills:

️ Good expertise in MS Office

️ Comfortable with various IT tools

Business skills:

️ Strong interest in finance and banking (products)

️ Knowledge of KYC is a plus

Languages:

️ French & Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills

️ English: Profound knowledge

Soft skills:

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
