About Our Client

Job Description

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases with the client's solicitor
• Carrying out title review and circulating this to the internal teams, together with raising any necessary title enquiries with the Landlord's solicitor;
• Supporting the development of standard legal documents and templates;
• Drafting and issuing Exclusivity Agreements;
• Working closely with external solicitors and internal teams to ensure processes are followed throughout the lifetime of the project;
• Conducting searches;
• Handling HMLR Applications;
• Reviewing Contracts (including HoTs, AFL, and general commercial contracts);

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Legal Counsel should have:

• UK/IRE Qualified - Newly qualified - 2 years PQE
• Experience in Commercial Property Law;
• Experience of Contract and Land Law processes and procedures are essential;
• At least 12 months of previous legal experience in a similar position;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• A highly analytic mind with problem-solving skills.
