About the role:
This is a dynamic, high energy role in which you will bring the Internet of Things to mid-sized customers, building Samsara's business and bringing the benefits of sensor data to customers. Typical sales will be $10k and above, and involve POCs, multiple stakeholders, managing trials, multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and selling to executives and CXOs.
This is a remote working position with occasional customer visits as required in the DACH region. Eligible candidates can be based out of Germany (any city), Amsterdam, London or Paris. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role, you will:
- Work on strategic account mapping & outbound prospecting
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
- Work collaboratively with a team of internal / cross-functional stakeholders to remove deal blockers
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Commercial Account Executive experience with closing responsibility, plus 2+ years in an outbound, prospecting role (BDR, SDR or ADR), working the DACH market
- Expertise in high-volume cold-calling
- Fluency in German
- Highly proficient in English
- Growth mindset
