A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with your assigned business division to understand their strategic direction and translate those needs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to contractual agreements.
• Savings & Budget Management: Identifying and realizing cost-saving opportunities, contributing to the budget process, and tracking performance against targets.
• Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for purchasing-related inquiries within your assigned division, fostering trust and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring supplier performance, providing feedback to Sourcing Buyers, and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Systems & Process Optimization: Ensuring the proper use of procurement systems like MyMarket and supporting the team's strategic aims by optimizing supplier numbers and payment processes.
