We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Production and Product Development Coordinator to join our client's organisation. As the Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with all administrative tasks related to delivering new products and updating existing products across multiple brands within our client's organisation.

JOB TITLE: Junior Production and PD Coordinator

CONTRACT: Permanent

SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Logging, tracking, and receiving N/PD samples and updating the tracker with arrival details. Preparing samples for review by the leadership team.
2. Providing feedback from the PD senior team on sample reviews for further actions. Managing end-of-day emails regarding project and product status updates.
3. Conducting research and benchmark analysis on new product ideas and categories.
4. Collaborating with Design to complete and finalise production artworks.
5. Proofreading and reviewing artwork edits while maintaining the artwork specifications.
6. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget through effective timeline and critical path management.
7. Receiving Trade Marketing briefs, assigning them to designers, and tracking and managing tasks to ensure timely completion. Managing the new asset approval process and providing completed designs back to requestors.
8. Working with all departments to provide necessary documentation support.
9. Preparing presentations for other departments to share externally.
