Join Our Team as a Capacity Manager

At Publicis Global Delivery, we are at the forefront of driving innovation and operational excellence across global media markets. As a Project Manager (Capacity Manager), you'll be instrumental in defining strategic plans, optimizing resources, and ensuring operational goals align with business needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with international teams, lead capacity planning initiatives, and influence global workforce strategies. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Media Global HQ, collaborating with senior stakeholders to define and drive annual operational project and capacity plans.
  • Lead the development and execution of hiring plans to meet business demands, aligning with the PGD Delivery Centers' capabilities.
  • Act as the engagement lead with delivery centers, resolving operational challenges and fostering strong relationships.
  • Manage real-time and strategic resource allocations, addressing staffing issues efficiently.
  • Own financial forecasting, managing cost reconciliation and budget planning with a keen eye on accuracy and strategic goals.
  • Deliver comprehensive capacity, utilization, and hiring reports, providing insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, finance, and delivery teams to align workforce planning with business needs.
  • Support global workforce initiatives, enhancing overall business structure and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project management.
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in using pivot tables and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in building and managing remote relationships, with a strong sense of organizational awareness.
