Job Description

Location: Brussels (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week on-site)

Contract Type: Freelance

Duration: 6 months with option for extension

Mission Context:


We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join the Marketing department of one of our global clients. The mission of this team is to lead the agile transformation and enhance the way of working. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating agile practices across multiple teams (up to 4 teams) and driving continuous improvement efforts. This role requires a focus on collaboration, agile values, and ensuring that processes are optimized.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive the agile transformation and foster agility throughout the team.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies at both the cluster and squad level.
  • Lead the continuous improvement cycle in collaboration with product owners, squad members, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote an agile culture and contribute to developing strong team dynamics.
  • Provide coaching and facilitate agile practices to ensure teams effectively adopt agile methodologies.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a transformation context.
  • Experience in coaching teams on agile principles and values.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements in complex environments.
  • Experience in marketing and communications projects.
  • Strong experience with IT projects, applications, and tooling.


Technical Skills (Mandatory):

  • Familiarity with agile backlog management tools (e.g., Wrike or similar).
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Campaign is a plus.


Business Skills:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and persuade stakeholders during challenging transformations.
  • Ability to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team and with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, handle tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.



Work Schedule:

  • 50% on-site in Brussels and 50% remote
