Job Description

The Junior Support Analyst will be required to:

  • Maintain and operate multiple exchange platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Provide first-line support via calls and help desk systems, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, gather information for effective issue resolution, and update documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, monitor live operations, and implement platform changes.
  • Maintain data integrity for securities listings and compile outage reports as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Junior Support Analyst candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a keen interest in financial markets. Technical experience with platforms like Unix/Linux, SQL databases, and scripting are favourable.
