This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *capturing, curating, and maintaining knowledge resources while ensuring governance, usability, and adoption*.

Job Summary

Our client seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to enhance global knowledge-sharing initiatives, impacting ~3,000 LPS employees. This role partners with senior stakeholders to capture, curate, and maintain knowledge resources while ensuring governance, usability, and adoption. Responsibilities include optimizing knowledge tools, implementing best practices, and driving engagement across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute global knowledge management strategies aligned with business goals.

• Innovate and enhance knowledge tools and processes.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing through networks and collaboration.

• Ensure governance, standards, and metrics for knowledge usability.

• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of knowledge management practices.

• Effectively engage and support stakeholders in knowledge initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree.

• Experience: 3-5 years in knowledge management.

• Strong expertise in knowledge curation, governance, and content management.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and knowledge base technologies.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
