Knowledge Manager - ITIL/ITSM - French Speaking

We are looking for a Knowledge Manager to support our customers' team within a wider contract for application support. You will structure and manage knowledge to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and service delivery, implementing the pre-defined knowledge management strategy and optimising processes across people, tools, and stakeholders.

You will develop and implement a knowledge management strategy aligned with ITIL best practices, defining roles and workflows for knowledge creation, maintenance, and dissemination. You will consolidate and align knowledge across service components, improve documentation, and ensure effective communication at the framework level. Your role includes preparing training materials, delivering internal sessions, monitoring knowledge base usage, reporting on KPIs, and facilitating knowledge transfer during team transitions or system upgrades.

You should have at least 2-3 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably within IT or application support, with familiarity in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence, and a solid understanding of ITIL principles.

This is a full-time, freelance opportunity which requires a proficiency in both English and French.
