Position Overview:

You will manage a KYX team that contributes to the company's reputation for risk management through their expertise in KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYI (Know Your Intermediaries) compliance matters.

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the animation, communication, coaching, organization, planning, and administrative follow-up of the team.


What you'll do:

  • Setting priorities for your team and clearly communicating them.
  • Ensuring the quality and meeting deadlines for various controls related to KYC & KYI activities within the team.
  • Organizing team tasks by establishing priorities for each member based on their specialties.
  • Establishing an annual improvement plan to ensure process efficiency, deliverable quality, and integration of changes related to the field.
  • Setting individual objectives for team members.
  • Regularly conducting interim evaluations to provide ongoing feedback and give team members the opportunity to grow in their current role.
  • Being a team player who inspires, motivates, and supports colleagues to reach set objectives.
  • Ensuring strong, transparent, and constructive collaboration with the Compliance department.
  • Actively participating in various working groups and meetings.

  • You are bilingual (French/Dutch), both spoken and written. A good command of English is an asset.
