Job Responsibilities/Objectives

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is critical in supporting infrastructure development and maintenance across the UK.

1. Take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations.
2. Plan and allocate resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
3. Supervise site teams, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
5. Maintain accurate site records and prepare reports as required.
6. Conduct safety briefings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Significant experience in a supervisory role within utilities, telecommunications, or infrastructure projects.
2. Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Proficient in report preparation and site documentation.
4. Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and standards.
