Role: Lead Software Engineer
Location: London (Hybrid - 3/4 days onsite)
Salary: £90,000 - £120,000

A fantastic opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer to join a forward-thinking Fin-tech that's shaping the future of product and brand progression. This company is on a technical scale-up creating cutting-edge platform.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be at the heart of their product development, leading projects from concept to deployment, building the technical teams, influencing technical strategy and owning the growth of technology internally specifically creating new innovative web applications. If you're a full-stack engineer, with experience in a Scale up environment who thrives on solving complex problems and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading the development of web applications and websites from concept to launch.
  • Collaborating with the wider business and customers to bring designs to life.
  • Building and designing a Tech function introducing best coding practices.
  • Managing live projects, ensuring high performance and security.
  • Working closely with internal teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
What you need to bring:
  • Strong full-stack development experience (React, Typescript, JavaScript, GraphQL and backend technologies).
  • Proven ability to lead projects and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining live applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
