What You'll Do:Strategic Impact
As the cornerstone of our digital transformation initiative, this role directly shapes our competitive advantage through technology innovation and customer-centric solutions. The Development Lead will be a key actor in driving our evolution from a traditional solution provider to an industry-leading customer experience innovator.
Vision
Transform our technology foundation to power next-generation customer experiences, setting new industry standards for digital interaction and service delivery.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Partner with Product to identify and prioritize high-ROI improvements.
- Provide technical guidance during design sprints and workshops.
- Develop integration strategies between CX Factory and core development teams.
- Create and track technical success metrics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on roadmap.
- Champion innovative solutions while maintaining system stability.
- Identify emerging technologies with potential to reshape customer experience.
Technical Leadership
- Architect and implement front-end optimizations across our core solutions platform.
- Lead front-end development of Commerce XP POC website and CAIL innovation projects.
- Implement front-end optimizations for Transparent DSP improvements.
- Oversee implementation of successful Hackathon projects.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
Team Management
- Build a high-performing team that sets the CX excellence standard.
- Manage resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Who You Are:

- Strong front-end expertise.
- Deep user experience sensibility, able to detect when UX improvements are needed.
- Ability to intervene in the code base from other teams to implement changes without introducing bugs.
- Develop strong and trustworthy relationships.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Decision-maker focused on speed of delivery.
