Lead Full Stack Developer (React)
Brighton (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days in-office)

Lead FS Developer required to work hybrid from my client's Brighton office. We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to play a key role in helping to shape and enhance our client's high-traffic E-commerce platform. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a small team of developers and deliver impactful solutions that drive business growth.

The Role
As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Guide and mentor a small team of developers, ensuring best practices in development and deployment
• Work closely with various business teams to create scalable, user-focused solutions for the E-commerce platform.
• Develop and maintain both Front End and Back End components, delivering end-to-end solutions that are reliable and efficient.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing the latest technologies and best coding practices.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in React & React Native development.
• Expertise in Redux for efficient state management.
• Strong Full Stack Development skills, including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Back End development knowledge.
• Proven ability to build modern, high-performance, and responsive Front End applications.
• Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
• E-commerce experience is essential.

£500/£600 per day, Outside IR35, Initial 3 month contract
