This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *strategic finance program office, ensuring governance, tracking initiatives, and aligning transformation efforts*.

Job Description:
Our client is undergoing a Finance transformation to support company growth and long-term objectives. The Lead PMO will manage the strategic finance program office, ensuring governance, tracking initiatives, and aligning transformation efforts. The role involves planning, coordinating governance, and overseeing automation initiatives in collaboration with FinTech.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks and structured reporting.

• Track finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional challenges.

• Engage stakeholders, provide updates, and facilitate alignment meetings.

Success Criteria

• Clear visibility on initiative progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Strong alignment between Finance, Technology, and Business workstreams.

• Effective governance ensuring informed decision-making.

• Timely issue resolution to keep transformation on track.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

• 10+ years in PMO, finance transformation, or program management.

• Expertise in finance transformation programs, including ERP/system migrations.

• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Jira, Power BI, Tableau.

Key Skills:

• Finance background preferred.

• Strong execution and problem-solving abilities.

• Hands-on approach with high-quality deliverables.

• Structured, strategic, and adaptable in complex environments.
