Our Product Team is growing, and we are looking for new leadership talent to join us on our journey!
As a Lead Product Manager in the Customer & Safety Product area, you will be an experienced people leader and iGaming professional, expected to lead a team of Product Managers in defining and driving the product roadmap. You will report directly into the Head of Product and work with them & Engineering Leadership to deliver value through a customer-centric approach. The Customer & Safety comprises 'Customer Onboarding', 'Fraud & Risk' and 'Back Office' Product teams.
The ideal candidate will combine Product Management experience alongside their leadership skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and a strong customer focus in order to enhance the Casino experience for our customers.

Your daily tasks will be- Defines & drives product roadmaps for multiple product areas.
- Directly manages and mentors a team of product managers, supporting their growth.
- Fosters a strong product culture across the teams they lead.
- Engages with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Manages stakeholder expectations and resolves conflicts to keep teams aligned.
- Communicates trade-offs clearly, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
- Leads multiple product teams, ensuring execution is aligned with company goals.
- Aligns execution with company goals, influencing broader roadmap decisions.
- Champions a customer-centric approach across the product development process; leads to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Leads execution of key product initiatives across multiple teams.
- Develops best practices for prioritization, decision-making, and execution at scale.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and scope.
- Builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success).
- Communicates team progress, risks, and challenges to senior leadership.
- Defines key product metrics and KPIs for multiple initiatives.
- Uses data to validate product decisions and measure success.
- Ensures products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Advocates for best practices in product management, user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Essential
- Strong experience in regulatory compliance within iGaming.
- Experience with customer onboarding journeys and different customer acquisition channels.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a product management role (or close exposure) with the ability to deliver value across a complex portfolio of products.
- At least 3+ years of people management experience, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
- Customer centric: driven by seeking to understand customers better, their behaviours and the link to business.
- A team player - works with others across the organisation to get things done.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
- Effective communicator: develops and delivers multi-mode communications to fulfil the needs of different audiences.
- Good presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages to diverse and wide audiences.
- Openly curious: willing to question preconceptions and bring new ideas.
- Data driven, led by the appropriate use of data to get to insight and drive decision making.
- Critical thinker: looking at the numbers, trends and data and come to new conclusions based on findings.

- Excellent written and verbal English.
