Lead Scrum Master - Fully remote, WFH - 65k plus excellent benefits

This advanced solutions provider, based in the West Midlands with offices in Nottingham, Liverpool & Manchester requires a driven and self-motivated Scrum Master to join their busy technical services team. Your role will be to do whatever it takes to make your team successful, such as removing organisational impediments, facilitating meetings, and protecting the teams.

The Scrum Master must have had exposure to enterprise-grade projects in large organisations and be happy to lead. You will need to take reporting duties for their 2 Scrum Masters and take the lead and drive the projects.

The successful Scrum Master will be highly experienced in leading Agile software delivery teams using Azure DevOps, VSTS and/or Jira and will have a hands-on technical background in IT infrastructure, application development, or business change with a proven track record of working on large and complex projects.

Essential requirements for this Scrum Master role:
  • Excellent experience in a dedicated scrum master position
  • Experience running scrum events & Agile ceremonies
  • Excellent communication skills, with a close working relationship with Product Owners
  • A knowledge or technical background in a .Net & Testing environment - C#, or .Net Core, ASP.Net
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure multi-team environment.

The successful candidate will be able to cultivate an aptitude of disclosure and transparency to the business about development and the process and encourage business trust.
