THE LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER ROLE:

• Lead a successful team, driving the Engineering and Architectural solutions
• Blend of hands-on work and overseeing the technical roadmap, line management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, Engineering, QA, DevOps

LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Proven experience in a Lead Software Engineering role
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API's, Microservices, AWS
• Experience working with enterprise-grade architectures
• Strategic thinker
