Learning & Development Trainer

Hybrid Working - In our London office 2 days per week (or more if you like) with 3 days remotely with regular paid travel to our Lincoln office.

This role would be perfect for someone looking for their second role in L&D - hoping to make the step for more autonomy and control over training and development.

Reporting into our Learning & Development Team Lead, this role is ideal for someone looking to enhance their L+D experience. You'll have autonomy with this role but share knowledge with the team to help improve performance of new and existing members of our telesales team.

The Opportunity:

• Supporting Team Leads (specifically the Learning & Development Team Lead) with recruitment of new team members.
• On-boarding and training all new starters in the insurance telesales team with the support of the L&D Team Lead.
• Supporting the L&D Team Lead with continuous training through call listening, training sessions and workshops.
• Updating training content that already exists and creating new content with your own ideas.

What we need from you:

• Experience in creating and delivering training content to new and existing members of the team (ideally within telesales or script selling).
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team to increase performance of an already high performing sales team.
• Ability to work on multiple things simultaneously; on-boarding, training, recruitment, and performance management will all be part of this role.
• Someone who can challenge the norm with new ideas and creativity to better on-boarding and training.
