Job Description

You join the Legal team as a Legal Consultant.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Support and provide legal advice to the bank's businesses and its subsidiaries (management companies / life insurance brokers) on issues relating to banking and financial law;
• Legally follow the marketing of banking and financial products and services;
• Draft / validate contractual and commercial documentation;
• Contract with service providers, subcontractors and distributors (brokers, custodians);
• Participate in regulatory and business projects;
• Participate in regulatory monitoring.

As a Legal Advisor, you participate in the prevention of legal risks related to the various activities of the bank and its subsidiaries.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in similar positions ideally in a private bank or in a banking institution.

You are proficient in:

• Legal issues related to asset management and more generally to financial law.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

• Appreciated for your good writing skills, analytical skills and synthesis;
• Pragmatic and you have a taste for teamwork;
• Reactive, you have good abilities to define priorities and are autonomous with a good spirit of initiative.
