Job Description

You will join the Legal team as a Legal Consultant. Your daily tasks include:

• Providing legal advice to the bank's businesses and subsidiaries on banking and financial law issues;
• Managing the legal aspects of marketing banking and financial products and services;
• Drafting and validating contractual and commercial documentation;
• Contracting with service providers, subcontractors, and distributors (brokers, custodians, etc.);
• Participating in regulatory and business projects;
• Monitoring regulatory changes.

As a Legal Advisor, you contribute to the prevention of legal risks associated with the bank's activities. You will work within a community of experts emphasizing excellence, impact, and teamwork.

This position is based in Paris with the possibility of remote work.
