Job Description

The Legal Counsel will be:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating general commercial contracts, including IT and SaaS agreements.
• Advising on consumer law, regulatory compliance, and data protection.
• Collaborating with procurement teams to guide contract management and termination.
• Managing consumer small claims efficiently, working with internal teams.
• Developing and implementing policies, processes, and legal training programs.

The Successful Applicant

The Legal Counsel should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with at least 4 years commercial PQE.
• Experienced in IT agreements (SaaS/AI) and data protection.
• Skilled at delivering concise, commercially-focused legal advice.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in financial services or in-house legal teams (preferred but not essential).
