We are looking to hire a Licensing Brand Manager who is strategic and commercially driven to manage Wild's brand licensing partnerships. You'll be responsible for identifying and negotiating licensing opportunities with globally recognised brands, ensuring seamless execution, and driving commercial success.

This role is perfect for a go-getter who thrives on making things happen, spotting trends before they happen, and being in the know with cultural moments. You'll negotiate deals, keep projects moving, and ensure every partnership lands successfully. Project management and structured organisation is a must for this role.

Please note this is a mid-weight role.

You'll be responsible for:

  1. Researching and securing your own high-profile licensing deals globally to grow Wild's brand presence.
  2. Being the go-to person for licensing deal progress, keeping everything on track across teams, including the brand team.
  3. Owning all timelines, workflows, and communication between internal teams and external partners. You'll thrive in this role if you love securing exciting brand partnerships, consumer trends, and innovative product collaborations. It is a must to be good at balancing multiple projects on a schedule and making sure every licensing deal lands smoothly and successfully.

Some of your responsibilities:

  1. Securing Licensing deals
  • Identify, pitch, and secure licensing deals that elevate Wild's brand.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms, royalty structures, and brand alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the key point of contact.
  • Stay ahead of cultural and consumer trends to identify exciting, high-impact licensing opportunities.
  • Project management and owning all the licensing end-to-end process
    • Be the go-to person for all licensing projects- tracking deadlines, approvals, and execution across the team. This will be across all the different markets/geographies.
    • Develop and maintain a licensing calendar, ensuring deals move efficiently from concept to product launch.
    • Manage cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product, finance) to keep everything organised and on track.
    • Problem-solve to keep projects on track and mitigate potential issues.
  • Ensure Licensing brand success and synergy
    • Work with product & design teams to ensure licensed collections reflect Wild's brand values and sustainability mission.
    • Work closely with creative on the approval process for product designs, packaging, and marketing materials and ensure that the licensing partner is happy too.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team at Wild to develop launch campaigns that maximise awareness and sales.
  • Data and reporting
    • Track licensing sales, royalties, and overall performance, using insights to optimise future partnerships and share with the licensing partners.
    • Maintain clear reporting dashboards to keep leadership informed on licensing progress.
    • Use a data-driven approach to assess which partnerships are working and where to focus next.

    What we need from you:

    • 3 years experience in brand licensing and partnerships, preferably within beauty, personal care, FMCG, fashion, or film industry.
    • A proven track record of securing and executing high-profile licensing deals.
    • Strong commercial understanding - you understand what makes a partnership financially and strategically successful.
    • Creative mindset with an ability to spot exciting brand synergies and trends before they happen.
    • Experience working with entertainment brands (e.g., Disney, Warner Bros., or lifestyle brands) is a bonus.
    • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills- comfortable working with external partners, legal teams, and senior leadership.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for sustainability and purpose-led brands.
