Join Our Team as a Life Science Customer Experience Specialist!

Our client is seeking a Life Science Customer Experience Specialist to join their dedicated team in the heart of Canary Wharf. This is a temporary, full-time role (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working pattern - only 8 days a month in the office!
Role Overview:
As a key member of the Customer Experience Centre (CEC) team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality service and resolving customer inquiries effectively. You'll work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple channels.
What You'll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Resolve queries at the first point of contact, clearly explaining next steps when necessary.
- Monitor unresolved inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalation when needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to gather information and provide accurate responses.
- Use data-driven insights to improve service delivery and enhance customer self-service options.
- Maintain robust records and documentation, adhering to standards for data protection and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high levels of service in every interaction.
- Take ownership of inquiries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Experience Centre.
- Train and guide team members in specific areas over time.
- Contribute to gathering user feedback for service development.
