Who You Are:

We're looking for a data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented LinkedIn Marketing Manager to take our organic LinkedIn outreach strategy to the next level.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A LinkedIn expert-you know how to generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn.
  • A master of outreach-you write compelling, conversion-focused messages that spark interest.
  • A content creation powerhouse - you create compelling and engaging organic content for LinkedIn, as well as to support our Sales Team, that truly speaks to our target audiences.
  • Highly collaborative-you work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.
  • Data-savvy-you analyse engagement trends and optimise for better conversion.
  • A strategic thinker-you understand the bigger picture of demand generation and sales pipelines.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in HR, L&D, EdTech, or startups!
Job Responsibilities:
  • Write and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage B2B prospects.
  • Respond to all LinkedIn communication, ensuring all leads are engaged effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, who will engage leads directly.
  • Manage prospect data in HubSpot, keeping records up to date and ensuring smooth handovers.
  • Track and report on LinkedIn campaign performance, iterating based on data insights.
