Job Description

The Litigation Solicitor will be:

• Managing a fully litigated caseload of defended debt recovery matters
• Handling fast-track and multi-track cases
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court bundles
• Preparing cases for external counsel
• Undertaking enforcement action, including insolvency, bankruptcy, and winding-up petitions
• Dealing with return of goods claims and other complex litigation matters

The Successful Applicant

The Litigation Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or legal executive with NQ - 4 years PQE within litigation
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in debt recovery litigation
• Skilled in handling defended claims
• Proficient in drafting legal documents and court pleadings
• Confident in managing their own caseload
