My Local Authority Client in London is looking to source an experienced Local Land Charges expert with management experience.

The Role:
Responsible for all aspects of the strategic management, supervision, administration and control of the Better Services Partnership Local Land Charges (LLC) Service.

In this role you will be responsible for staff members:

1. Senior Local Land Charges Officer
2. Local Land Charges Officers
3. Local Land Charges Spatial Data Officer
4. Local Land Charges Administrative Officer

Working Conditions:
Hybrid working offered, however some office presence is needed/required, ideally one day per week minimum.
