Rate: £30.00-£33.00p/h DOE (Limited Co. / Umbrella)

We are collaborating with a leading company that specializes in project management, installations, and site maintenance, with a focus on serving food processing and manufacturing clients. They are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to assist with general maintenance work.

As Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to conduct the following duties:

• Performing routine maintenance - Regular inspections and maintenance on mechanical systems, including mixers, conveyors, and packaging machines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues promptly to avoid delays in production
• Equipment optimization - Assisting in the adjustment of mechanical equipment to improve performance

The successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will need to have the following attributes:

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in a Food Production Environment
• Reliable, punctual, team player, and professional attitude
