We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our Finance Team and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient processes, and strong financial controls. You will support internal and external reporting, manage customer billing and credit control, oversee payroll and expenses, and contribute to forecasting and compliance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:

  1. Customer and Revenue Management
  2. Help with customer billing in Stripe
  3. Work with the Customer Success team on credit control
  4. Manage customer referral fees
  5. Help with internal reporting e.g. forecasting
  6. Help with external reporting e.g. investor packs
  7. Help with year end accounts
  8. Help with R&D claims
  9. Accounts Payable & Payroll
  10. Liaise with HR team on the monthly payroll
  11. Process employee expenses
  12. Create weekly payment runs
  13. Deputise for the Financial Controller

Experience

  1. At least part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  2. At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role
  3. Right to work in the UK

Experience - Desired:

  1. Previous use of the following softwares
  2. Hubspot
  3. Rippling
  4. SeedLegals
  5. Stripe
  6. Xero
