Job Summary

The Manager, Corporate Strategy & M&A will support the Head of Corporate Development and the executive team in shaping the company's strategic vision. This role involves leading strategic planning, managing M&A execution, conducting data-driven analysis, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate will develop reports and dashboards to assess business performance, provide insights for decision-making, and drive post-merger integration efforts. Additionally, they will assist with transformation initiatives and ad hoc strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Definition
  • Support the Head of Corporate Development and the executive team in defining and refining the company's strategic vision.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous refinement of the three-year strategic plan and annual budgets.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations, briefs, and analyses to facilitate executive decision-making.
M&A Execution
  • Manage the execution of M&A transactions, from due diligence to integration planning.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities.
  • Track post-merger performance and provide insights to ensure synergies are realized.
  • Develop dashboards, tools, and reports to analyze business performance.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to support strategy and operations.
  • Work closely with department heads to assess and address performance gaps.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Support transformation and operational initiatives led by the Senior Director/VP.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities and provide analytical support as needed.
Ad Hoc Strategic Projects
  • Assist in driving additional strategic projects as prioritized by the executive team.
  • Act as a thought partner for department heads, developing innovative solutions to key challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of tier-1 strategy consulting experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Analytical rigor and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience creating C-level presentations and interacting with senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling ambiguity with confidence.
  • Hands-on experience in M&A (advisory, execution, and due diligence).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a "get things done" attitude.
  • Self-starter with high motivation to go above and beyond.
