About the Role:Hims and Hers UK, the UK arm of a fast-growing NYSE-listed telehealth company, is seeking a resourceful and entrepreneurial Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain, inventory management, and third-party pharmacy partnerships.
As part of a lean team, the ideal candidate must thrive in a startup-like environment, demonstrate self-motivation, and possess a willingness to "roll up their sleeves." While this role has defined responsibilities, contributing to other areas as needed is a key expectation in our small team structure.
You Will:- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain for packaging and consumable items, ensuring sufficient inventory to support business operations.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with third-party partners, including our partner pharmacy, to ensure the timely manufacturing and delivery of medical products to customers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager, customer experience team, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of operations.
- Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and address operational issues as they arise, taking a proactive approach to maintaining smooth workflows.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an order fulfillment operation, with exposure to supply chain or inventory management. Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with operational tools and systems, such as inventory management software or order processing platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to adapt, learn, and contribute beyond formal responsibilities.
Location: Hims and Hers UK is a fully remote workplace; however, the Operations Manager will work closely with our pharmacy partner located in Dagenham, Essex. The successful candidate can expect to be on-site with our pharmacy partner as frequently as once a week as part of their core responsibilities.
