Position:We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the execution of paid marketing initiatives for Pocketpills in Canada. This is a hands-on role where you'll use your expertise in paid media, conversion optimization, and data analysis to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. What You'll Do: Marketing Campaign Management:- Own the execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and creative testing to maximize ROI and meet performance objectives.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
- Execute and manage email marketing campaigns, focusing on automation, segmentation, and performance tracking to boost customer retention.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand messaging and product features.
- Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, conducting audits and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates across landing pages and ads.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment on key product launches and feature promotions, integrating these into marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to optimize website performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that may affect campaign execution and tracking.
- Partner with Data Analysts to pull insights from campaign data and analytics tools, using data to make real-time adjustments to campaigns and improve performance.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mixpanel, and other analytics platforms to track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Deliver ongoing performance reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Apply findings from campaign data to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI, driving better results for customer acquisition and retention.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for improved ROI and conversion rates.
- Regularly report on campaign performance to leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and healthcare products.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo). Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Campaign Execution: Demonstrated ability to execute and optimize paid media campaigns that drive growth, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of turning performance data into actionable insights, improving campaign results, and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborative & Customer-Centric: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Analysts, to execute marketing initiatives that align with business goals.
- Optimization & Testing: Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) to optimize campaign performance and user experience across touchpoints.
- Growth Mindset: Passionate about continuous learning and improving skills, whether through formal education, self-directed learning, or collaborating with industry peers.
- Adaptability & Knowledge Sharing: Open to both teaching and learning from others, with a collaborative approach to sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
- Experience with data tools such as Mixpanel, Redash, Microsoft Clarity, and Tableau.
- Previous experience nurturing relationships with paid ads vendors and affiliate partners.
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and referral marketing (e.g., referral loops).

The annual compensation is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and alignment to the market.
Location:Hybrid, with regular in-person meetings in the office in Surrey.
