Manager Research Analyst, Alternatives

An exciting opportunity to join a growing Alternatives investment team.

The purpose of this role is to research funds and source investment ideas from a broad alternatives investment universe including private markets, hedge funds and alternative risk premia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research managers, funds and the markets in which they operate to generate investment ideas
• Proactively source new ideas and map the alternatives market
• Produce on-going investment and operational due diligence on managers
• Present research and analysis to the wider of the investment team

Ideal Profile:

• 3-7 years relevant manager research experience at an asset manager or investment consultancy
• Prior experience analysing funds within the alternatives space
• Strong academic background
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ideally CFA or CAIA qualification
• Highly numerate with an analytical approach
