Manager Strategy

We're seeking a talented Manager of Strategy to lead innovative social media, influencer marketing, and social paid strategies. You'll drive impactful campaigns with AI-powered insights, collaborate with creative teams, and shape digital strategies that elevate our clients' brands. Tasks

• You develop brand, digital, and social media strategies, integrating AI-driven marketing approaches to enhance performance.
• You conduct brand and competitor analyses, leveraging social listening and AI-powered trend forecasting to identify market opportunities.
• You provide strategic consulting for clients across creative strategy, digital strategy (including social media and influencer marketing), and communication strategy.
• You define insights based on qualitative and quantitative data, utilizing tools such as Pulsar and GWI to inform decision-making.
• You collaborate closely with Creative, Client Services, Paid Media, and Data teams to craft holistic and effective social strategies.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a (creative) agency environment, with a focus on strategy.
• You possess deep expertise in brand or digital strategy and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
• You demonstrate extensive knowledge of various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Snapchat.
• You have a hands-on leadership personality with a digital-first mindset and the ability to mentor and guide teams.
• You have excellent presentation and moderation skills in English (German, French, or Italian is a big plus), with an innovative spirit and a keen eye for trends that drive creative inspiration.
