What will I be doing?
To lead and manage a process area to ensure that customer demands and requirements are always met by realizing the agreed manufacturing plan through the management of all resources and performance levels.

1. Actively participate in production meetings with your peers
2. Participate in cross-functional projects
3. Provide training/advice/guidance to the manufacturing team as required
4. Work with SAFRAN in your field of expertise through various forums
5. Support the transfer of work between SAFRAN sites/SAFRAN suppliers
6. Represent SAFRAN in the face of customers/trade bodies
