Job Description

Location: Remote UK or remote Germany (preference for candidates located in the London area but we are open for the right person)

About us: At Ada, we envision a world where everyone gets the healthcare they need. Yet, due to the complexity of diagnosing uncommon diseases, millions of people remain undiagnosed and go without treatment, even where medications exist.

We're changing that. Ada's AI-driven solutions, developed by our in-house physicians and statisticians, help identify undiagnosed patients faster and route them to care, ultimately tracking that they receive the right diagnosis and care. Every successful journey makes us smarter and able to help more people.

If you're driven by the vision of a world where everyone gets the right diagnosis and the best available treatment, join us - this is just the beginning.

What you'll do:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing partnerships with life sciences companies focused on accelerating time to treatment.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in the life sciences industry.
  • Represent Ada at industry conferences, building awareness of Ada's AI-powered platform to achieve ubiquitous adoption within the life sciences industry.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven track record: Experience building high-value relationships, demonstrating expertise in working across medical affairs, market access, and commercial teams to drive patient identification strategies within the life sciences industry.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of pharma commercial analytics, patient identification, and healthcare media strategy, with deep understanding of how life sciences companies leverage real-world data, AI, and digital media to identify undiagnosed patients, engage them, and drive treatment adoption.
  • Communication & relationship building: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives.
  • Sales acumen: Strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills. Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating procurement processes in healthcare organizations.
  • Team player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively while demonstrating ownership as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What's awaiting you at Ada:

  • Flexible working hours to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
  • 28 days holiday, plus bank holidays to unplug, rest and recharge for our UK employees (30 days plus public holidays in Germany).
  • Corporate health insurance and pension scheme (UK).
  • Support to set up your home office space, with the option for a co-working space subscription for our remote employees.
  • Parental benefits (Plus Nursery Benefits for the UK).
  • Employee Assistance Programs to help you look after your emotional wellbeing and deal with life's challenges.
  • Stay active and healthy with a discounted ClassPass membership (or Urban Sports Club membership for our employees in Germany).
  • Bike Leasing Scheme (Germany).
  • Online Academy for learning and development opportunities.

At Ada, inclusivity isn't just a goal - it's our foundation.

We are a proud equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Join us in shaping a more inclusive tomorrow.
