Marketing & Communications Manager - 12 Month Contract (Maternity Cover)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Brand Management

1. Ensure consistent application of main and sub-brands both internally and externally.
2. Promote the company's brand through case studies, industry events, and marketing campaigns.
3. Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
4. Plan and deliver exhibitions, corporate events, and conferences.
5. Collaborate with senior leadership and site heads to develop targeted marketing strategies.
6. Create promotional materials, email campaigns, and digital content.
7. Track and report on marketing performance at Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings.

Digital Marketing & Communications

1. Oversee and update the company's WordPress websites (content creation, SEO, analytics).
2. Manage and grow social media channels to enhance brand engagement.
3. Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases.
4. Implement an internal communications plan to align employees with company goals.
5. Support sales and business development teams with marketing materials.
