Marketing & Communications Manager West London Salary £45,000

Talent Hub is working in partnership with an esteemed organisation in the education sector. They are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager with skills in brand, communications, digital comms, PR and paid media campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to have autonomy in the marketing strategy, campaigns, brand management and communications plans and execution. Working alongside the internal teams, including IT, operations, registrations and of course the teaching departments, this will be an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling marketing role.

This is an office-based job working on-site in London during school term time, with the option of hybrid working during the school holidays.

Responsibilities for this Marketing & Brand Manager job include:

  1. Create, develop and deliver the marketing, brand and communications strategy, plan and budget.
  2. Set the KPIs for all marketing activity and comms, including retention, engagement, social media, events, advertising, SEO and PPC.
  3. Lead and deliver the internal and external comms programme.
  4. Create, write, create the content for and deliver the bi-weekly newsletter.
  5. Work with internal teams on the comms for new student transitions.
  6. Manage the website and social media platforms, including creating content, uploading, moderating and engaging in communications.
  7. Develop the PR and media strategy, including working with influencers and awards / guides.
  8. Work with external agencies on SEO and PPC.
  9. Assist with the promotion of on-site and other events and tours.

For this Marketing & Communications Manager job you should:

  1. Be educated to degree level, ideally in marketing.
  2. Previously worked in education would be advantageous.
  3. Proven skills in strategy, planning and working with internal and external teams.
  4. Successfully delivered multi-disciple marketing campaigns.
  5. Have a solid understanding of all digital marketing best practices and trends.
  6. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  7. An analytical mind and results-oriented.
  8. A team player, willing to help other departments and work collaboratively.
