Over de functie What You'll Do As a Marketing Coordinator/Specialist , you will: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, retail activations, and brand events. Support the coordination of seasonal marketing calendars , ensuring alignment with brand strategies and global campaigns. Work closely with creative, e-commerce, social media, and retail teams to develop engaging content that reflects brand identity. Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance, providing insights through data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with regional partners, agencies, and vendors to manage campaign deliverables and timelines. Contribute to the organization of high-profile events, pop-ups, and retail activations to elevate customer experience. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Who You Are You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. You have excellent communication skills in English (written en verbal). You have 1-3 years of marketing experience , ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or retail. You have strong project management skills and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment . You are proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and social media management tools. You are passionate about fashion, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
