About the role

We're looking for an experienced and proactive marketing professional to join our growing team as Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll take ownership of key marketing initiatives to drive new member acquisition and enhance member engagement. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Operations, you'll lead on campaigns, content and marketing automation, focusing on delivering measurable results that support business growth.

You'll play a crucial role in delivering impactful marketing initiatives and building scalable processes to support Risk Leadership Network's growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities
  • Campaign management: Design, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns tailored to target different geographies, sectors and lifecycle stages
  • Content marketing: Oversee and contribute to the creation of high-quality marketing content (such as blogs, newsletters and other resources) in collaboration with the content team, ensuring engagement with target audiences and effective distribution across appropriate channels, including social media
  • Marketing automation: Create and optimise innovative automated campaigns to nurture leads and engage members, supporting conversion and retention
  • Lead generation and nurturing: Collaborate with sales to implement initiatives that drive pipeline growth and conversion, using insights to maximise opportunities throughout the funnel
  • Data and insights: Create actionable insights from campaign and lead data to inform marketing strategies and support sales efforts
  • Collaboration: Work with colleagues across teams to provide marketing support for sales, member engagement and product development initiatives
  • Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements to marketing workflows and systems, ensuring they are scalable and effective
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a membership, subscriptions or SaaS environment
  • Hands-on expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred)
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and act on data insights
  • Excellent written communication and content marketing skills
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Additional information

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) based in our central London office. We welcome applications from candidates seeking a more flexible or part-time arrangement (minimum three days per week). Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
