Your new role

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction of a company's branding and marketing efforts. This dynamic position is geared towards an individual who excels at creating impactful marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional communication, and analysing market trends to help position the business competitively in the industry. The primary obligation entails working with the CMO to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals and executing them to drive growth and enhance brand awareness. This role is great for a self-starter who can work alone or with a small senior management team who work remotely.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally, you will have 3-5 years' experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• An analytical mind is also needed as you will be analysing market trends and consumer needs to tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
• Experience in managing and developing a cohesive approach to new business lead generation, including exhibitions, summits, events, campaigns and promotional activity, is essential.
• Experience in developing and managing the use of social media platforms, corporate communications, and branding to ensure an effective and good public image.
• Experience in creating and executing company messaging and associated marketing campaigns.
