Marketing Manager UK

We're looking for a Marketing Manager UK who is passionate about building relationships and driving impactful marketing initiatives. If you're an expert in field marketing, thrive in a hands-on role, and want to help grow a leading HR Tech brand in the UK, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

At Teamtailor, we're all about creating happy users and delivering world-class experiences. That's why we need someone who can connect with our customers, build brand awareness, and execute regional marketing initiatives that make a difference.

What you'll do

As a member of our marketing team, you'll work alongside 8 Marketing Managers (each responsible for a different market/region), a Creative Director, a Localization Manager, and a Website Developer. Your focus will be on events, content creation, and brand-building initiatives-driving organic engagement and regional marketing efforts. This role does not include paid performance marketing (e.g., LinkedIn ads or paid search), as this is handled by our external agency.

You'll also collaborate closely with our UK Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Support teams to build a strong local presence and make Teamtailor the most loved HR Tech brand in the UK.

Your key responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives in the UK market, targeting our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and the broader HR Tech space.
  • Drive brand awareness through content creation, events, webinars, and campaigns aligned with our UK strategy.
  • Manage and allocate the UK marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on regional initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze market insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (copywriters, videographers, ambassadors) to execute campaigns.
  • Set KPIs and track results using Salesforce.
You're our dream Marketing Manager if
  • You have 4-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in HR Tech or B2B SaaS, with a focus on events and content marketing.
  • You enjoy a mix of strategic and hands-on work.
  • You're a resourceful problem-solver who gets things done.
You'll thrive at Teamtailor if
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and love taking initiative.
  • You're a strong collaborator and communicator.
  • You're data-driven, analytical, and tech-savvy.
  • You think creatively and love experimenting with new ideas.
  • You're curious and eager to deeply understand our product and market.
What we offer
  • An office located in the heart of Soho with a vibrant and fun work environment.
  • A global team of dedicated and open-minded people who will always root for you and support your growth.
  • Development opportunities in a fast-growing environment, continuous training, and support.
  • A yearly 3-day company trip to meet all your colleagues around the world. We went to Spain last year!
  • A starter kit including a MacBook (or PC), iPhone + Plan, and some must-have Teamtailor merch.

If this sounds like you, then you know what to do. We look forward to receiving your application.

Good luck from your future colleagues!
