This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Matron to lead the Outpatient Services at The Harley Street Clinic and Princess Grace Hospital. Located within a small radius from each other, both hospitals provide exceptional care within state-of-the-art facilities. This rare opportunity will provide leadership for staff in general and specialist outpatient services such as spinal, women's health, sports health, dermatology, just to name a few.

As an ambitious Nurse Leader/Matron, you will provide strong clinical leadership with expertise in all aspects of service delivery. You will be a visible, senior nursing presence in the department and will be accessible to Consultants, staff, patients, and their families for advice, assistance, and support. As an expert practitioner, you will liaise, guide, and advise the Multidisciplinary Team and external agencies on the provision of optimum patient-centered care.

Your experience as a Senior Nurse will demonstrate your ability to proactively work to identify and promote sustainable workforce strategies, ensuring that retention levels are good and that nursing morale remains high. Operationally, you will ensure to efficiently and effectively manage the financial resources of designated areas to achieve budgetary control, cost improvements, and efficiency savings to provide a cost-effective service.
