We are looking for a Mechanical Electrical (M&E) Manager, who will be responsible for managing the M&E team, responsible for overseeing the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems within social housing and commercial buildings owned by OCC. This role involves managing a team of discipline specific specialists, including engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and delivering high-quality services to tenants and clients. The M&E Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability of the building's infrastructure.
