Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in London. This role focuses on a high-end commercial contract, so we are looking for someone who is happy to be client-facing.

About the role of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance within the mechanical and electrical space
• Manage reactive breakdowns
• Handle alarms/lights
• Work on AHU/FCU
• Conduct replacing and fault finding
• Install and maintain mechanical systems

Experience needed for the role of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

• Mechanical City & Guilds/NVQ Qualifications

What we offer the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

• Up to £44K dependent on experience
• Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
• Bonus up to 2% two times a year
